Mike Gallant, a program manager with Haul Hub and a member of the National Construction Materials E-Ticketing Task Force, explains how digital delivery tickets save time and improve safety on jobsites and looks at the future of this initiative for large and small projects alike.

"What we are doing is taking that information that resides on the ticket right now and moving it into a digital environment," Gallant said.

Gallant said this new innovation will allow all parties in the supply chain to know where materials are at. More importantly, he said it would improve jobsite safety and efficencies.

"All projects will benefit from this," Gallant said. "You're eliminating that hand-to-hand connection. You're doing it in a digital environment on your phone so that way you don't have to worry about risking the safety of anyone on the jobsite."
